Eigobar.com copyright notice
Permission Requests
If you are seeking permission to use any eigobar trademarks, logos, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features from the eigobar website (www.eigobar.com, eigobar.co.uk, eigobar.jp) , please provide the following information to allow us to review your request:
1. registered company name of the organization and/or person requesting permission;
2. registered company office address and other contact information (e-mail, phone, fax);
3. country where the company is registered;
4. company registration number;
5. name of the book or website where eigobar material will appear;
6. exact eigobar logos or other eigobar materials to be used;
7. mock-up of the book or website in which the eigobar materials will appear.

If your request is approved, that approval will be subject to the terms of the Product Placement Agreement which you will have to sign prior to your use of Eigobar materials.
Eigobar may only grant permission for the use of eigobar specific material such as eigobar logos or the eigobar.
Many of the pages on eiobar website incorporate third party content. Eigobar is unable to grant permission for you to use third party content. Please contact the appropriate third party for permission to use their content.

3. where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
4. your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; AND
6. a statement by you, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorised to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
