To improve your listening abilities follow these steps.
1) Watch and listen to the video clip several times without reading the script by the side.
2) Try to say out loud what you are hearing. You may find it helpful to write it down.
3) When you think you have heard all you can, listen to the video clip and read the script.
4) Some of the words are underlined. If you move your mouse over the text an explanation in Japanese will appear.
